The Avani Story of Lisa

In 2013, I found myself stepping into the bustling atmosphere of NH Frankfurt Airport as a service employee. It was here that I discovered my passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, immersing myself in the daily operations of the hotel. Within a year, my dedication and hard work were recognized as I was promoted to the role of Groups & Event Organizer. This position not only allowed me to refine my organizational skills but also provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of event management.

The year 2017 marked a significant milestone in my career as I embraced a new challenge by joining the Cluster Organizing Office for the Frankfurt region at the NH Frankfurt Airport West. This transition presented an opportunity for personal and professional growth, as I collaborated with colleagues across multiple properties, gaining a deeper understanding of hotel operations and management.

Driven by my passion for creating memorable guest experiences, I transitioned into the role of Guest Relations Manager at the NH Collection Frankfurt City. Here, I found fulfillment in building meaningful connections with guests and ensuring that their stay surpassed expectations. 

In 2022, I was honored to be promoted to the role of Management Assistant. Throughout this role, I diligently applied my organizational skills and work ethic to contribute to the team's success. Participation in the PDI program further fueled my aspirations, as I sought to grow as a leader who inspires others to excel. My story is a testament to resilience, ambition, and a steadfast commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Building on this foundation, in 2023, I transitioned into the position of Cluster Deputy Hotel Director, where I embraced the challenges of overseeing operations with determination and strategic insight. One of the standout projects during this time was the rebranding of the first Avani Hotel in Germany. In this capacity, I took charge of organization, conceptual development, and staff training, ensuring a smooth and successful transition while upholding the esteemed standards of the brand.

These experiences have shaped me into a dynamic leader within the hospitality industry, driven by a passion for excellence and innovation. I am committed to continuous improvement and leveraging my strategic vision to drive success in any leadership role I undertake.
